Overview
Since implementing Kasasa is a huge change for the staff at Financial Institutions, it's important to get in front of change and create a plan of action. This module is designed to help leaders see the importance of planning for change and give them the tools to establish, implement and manage change roles at their institution.
Process
I used Adobe Illustrator and photoshop to create the visuals and imagery. I created a script and a visual outline for this module.
