Overview
When it came to Instructional Design, TalentEi's needs were primarily internal training for both employees and clients.
Onboarding Pamphlets
The onboarding pamphlets were something that each employee would be given on their first day. These pamphlets include information that they should, quite literally, keep "in their back pocket".
